Smales Farm, located on Auckland's North Shore, is home to a collection of architecturally designed buildings offering a wide range of amenities, including banking, medical services, fitness centers, childcare, and a supermarket, alongside award-winning cafés and eateries. Smales Farm is home to a diverse range of businesses, from stand-alone offices to those within B:HIVE, a workspace concept built for business, housed in two state-of-the-art spaces: B:HIVE HQ and B:HIVE+.
When developing the B:HIVE, Greg Smale, a business owner himself, recognized the dynamic needs of a modern business. Understanding the need for flexibility in an ever-changing landscape is at the core of the B:HIVE’s model. Flexibility and simplicity are key principles, ensuring business owners can focus on their work rather than the distractions of managing a workspace. This flexibility, evident in reconfigurable building systems and adaptable leasing structures, allows businesses to respond to market conditions by expanding or contracting as needed.
Situated in the heart of Auckland’s North Shore, Smales Farm offers convenient transport options, including the Smales Farm Bus Station, ensuring easy connections across the city.

Welcome to Goodside; an exquisite collection of Auckland’s finest boutique food and beverage artisans.
You won’t go hungry being at the B:HIVE. Our curated selection of food and beverage brands are open from 7am until 11pm for breakfast pitches, quick lunches and evening entertaining outside the B:HIVE’s front door. Grab a Goodness Gracious bagel, fresh salads from Ripe Deli or an evening snack at The Grange.

Soho takes the art of traditional Thai cooking and gives it a modern twist. They pride themselves on preparing food from scratch, and creating dishes full of flavour and freshness.
Centre stage is their rotisserie, roasting the finest local chicken, duck, wagyu beef and kurobuta pork.

Goodness Gracious
Goodness Gracious is notorious for its ridiculously tasty bagels, which balance perfect doughiness with a variety of incredible creations that provide satisfaction.
Adding antipodean flare to a New York staple was part of Greg Cornes vision for the Goodness Gracious concept, partnering authentic bagels with perfect espresso based coffee.
